Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Immigration Associate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our attorneys, paralegals, and operations team to manage a caseload, and provide exceptional legal guidance to clients navigating complex immigration processes.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including but not limited to O-1, H-1B, L-1, E-2, EB-1, PERM, and NIW cases.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients on immigration strategy, compliance, and documentation.
  • Prepare and review petitions, applications, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide exceptional client service by communicating regularly with clients providing updates, collecting information, and addressing questions.
  • Conduct client meetings to gather information, explain processes, and address questions.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and other team members to ensure timely and efficient case handling.
  • Stay current with changing immigration laws, policies, and trends.
  • Draft legal correspondence, including responses to RFEs, appeals, and case updates.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
  • Bar admission in at least one state or jurisdiction.
  • 2+ years of business immigration experience required.
  • Experience with O-1, EB-1, NIW and PERM cases.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including excellence in virtual communication tools.
  • The position requires exceptional computer and software competencies. Extensive hands-on experience with INSZoom case management software is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused mindset.

Position Overview

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive full-time Writing-Intensive Business Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing high-quality, evidence-driven petitions and a strong understanding of business immigration processes. This role focuses on drafting O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions and requires exceptional writing and organizational skills to manage complex cases efficiently.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file a variety of business immigration petitions, including O-1, NIW, EB-1, E-2, L-1, H-1B, and PERM petitions. 
  • Draft forms, support letters, forms, and reviewing and organizing evidence required for filings.
  • Substantial client communications via phone, email, and Zoom
  • Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies. 
  • Monitor deadlines and case milestones, ensuring timely submission of all documentation.
  • Provide exceptional client service by communicating regularly with clients providing updates, collecting information, and addressing questions.
  • Maintain organized case files in compliance with firm standards.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience as a business immigration paralegal.
  • Experience preparing O-1, NIW, EB-1, E-2, L-1, and H-1B petitions, including drafting forms, reviewing and organizing evidence, and writing support letters
  • Strong technical and/or creative writing skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite Apps, Adobe Acrobat, and INSZoom
  • Client-focused mindset with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to embrace AI technology and leverage it for personal and firm benefits
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and self-learn software
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working in small teams
  • Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and independent work ethic

Position Overview


We are seeking a tech-savvy and highly organized Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency, quality, and productivity by supporting our operations with technology-driven solutions for legal administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamlined Document Management: Use technology tools to prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Efficient Case Management: Maintain and update case files in our digital case management systems (e.g., INSZoom), ensuring all information is current and accessible.
  • Technology-Driven Client Support: Act as a point of contact for clients, using tools like calendaring software, email templates, and automated systems to provide timely responses and updates.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Calendar and Deadline Tracking: Use digital tools to manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, organizing documents, and managing electronic files.
  • Billing and Reporting Assistance: Support billing and reporting by tracking case status using technology. 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a legal or administrative role, preferably within business immigration law.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and case management software (experience with INSZoom or similar platforms is a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented approach and willingness to support colleagues proactively.
